The Multichannel Strategy Senior Manager / Director builds strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborates with sales and product experts to refine multichannel engagement with physicians, and ensures Veeva products deliver exceptional value to the Japanese pharmaceutical industry.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement the strategy for MultiChannel products and PromoMats, customized to meet the unique needs of the Japanese market, while driving broad adoption and usage across both large and small customers in Japan.
- Use market insights to ensure the success of our customers with our products.
- Win customers seeking efficient multichannel solutions and content management systems, including the optimization of the MLR review process.
- Collaborate closely with all internal teams - Product, Services, Solution Consulting, and Business Consulting—both locally and globally to evolve our offerings and maximize the value they deliver to customers.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and work with marketing and sales teams to define strategies to capture these customers.
- Own the growth plans and pricing strategies for our products in Japan.
Requirements
5+ years experience working in Asia (including Japan) either directly in or as a solution provider / consultant to the life sciences industryUnderstanding of business processes and technology around Content Strategy / Marketing in the Life Sciences industryCEO mentality to drive outcomes internally and externally. Stays focused on results and drives execution among the team. Able to work with autonomy and adapt to change.Ability to critically think and develop a strategy and execution plan across all areas of business (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, etc...)Native Japanese, excellent spoken and written EnglishHas a purposeful vision of helping the pharma industry deploy innovative digital solutions to solve critical issuesNice to Have
