Job Summary
Sales Strategy Planning
Optimize sales force performance by analyzing regional sales and market information then developing integrated regional action plan in order to ensure the objectives achieved.
Budget management
Monitor the operating budget for promotional activities versus realization in their own area in order to ensure effectiveness and realization of budget within prescribed the marketing plan.
People Development
Plan, monitor and implement coaching schedule, provide coaching sessions to Medical Representative to continuously improve performance.
In order to ensure productivity and quality of human resources.
Administration
To ensure the quality and accuracy of the information, the information of the physicians interviewed by MRs is entered daily and monitored using the LYNCS CRM system.
Sales Activities
Having MRs carry out sales and marketing activities within the area where are responsible for, and conduct detailed on-site activities (Explanatory meeting, local lectures meeting, DTL, etc.) on a daily basis and average MR / MR / day. Drive productivity goals by reviewing DTL volume, target audience, frequency of visits, target physicians and information. In order to ensure the quality of activities,

External Relations
To continuously grow the business, we maintain relationships with medical professionals and distributors, and support MR activities for the prescription of our products in hospitals and clinics.
Provide Opportunity to MR learning Product & Medical Knowledge
Supervise, monitor regular internal MR presentation on product and medical knowledge, facilitate field training for new MR in order to preserve level of product knowledge.
Educational Level
Preferable, graduate of any life-science courses (Bachelor’s degree)
