You will lead our Customer Excellence team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence
How you create impact
Your primary objective will be to lead the entire customer excellence team to deliver a high level of customer excellence is always delivered along with ensuring profitability of our project logistics business. In addition, you will ensure successful customer on-boarding along with talent development + mentoring of your team.
