What's the Role?
As a key member of our APAC Enterprise Data implementation Team, you will be responsible for the deployment of the entire suite of our real-time and reference Enterprise Data products. Collaborating with colleagues from the Technical Account Management and Enterprise Data Support teams, you will be the project owner and trusted go-to person for the client during the product implementation period, involving yourself in a range of duties including pre-sales activities, actual deployment and last but not least post-implementation tasks such as documentation and support handover.
You are professional and personable, intelligent and analytical, and keen to join a diverse team that provides round-the-clock support to our Enterprise Data clients. You're a solution-provider, with a passion for providing platinum levels of service. You are able to get results by partnering with team members and colleagues around the organization, but are also not afraid of making independent decisions when situation demands. And you'll possess outstandingmunication, analytical and organisational skills, facing off to clients as well as multiple internal groups with the overall intent of driving success for thepany and delivering industry leading service to our clients.
