Qualifications :

  • About 8 years of open web system development or general-purpose system development
  • More than 5 years of development experience in various languages
  • Over 10 years of open web system development or general-purpose system development
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience (experience in leading a team of about 10 people)
  • Experience in coordinating and discussing with customers
  • Experience in training juniors and new employees
  • People who can get their hands dirty with development (language / process not important)
  • People who want to take on the challenge of PL / PM in the future
  • People who like to interact with customers
  • Those who want to improve their skills in human resource management and step up to become a manager
  • Those who want to grow as business people who lead an organization

    • Languages :   Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and business level English required
