Summary of the Job

Control and oversee Credit Control activities with onshore and offshore staff.

Handle BS accounts reconciliation on account receivables and payables.

Deal with withholding taxes and operational taxes relevant to daily activities.

Work with Accounting colleagues on regular and ad-hoc tasks, and other work-related projects / tasks that may be required through the company's operations.

In future, develop skills and knowledge to assist and deliver financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Control Activities : Manage credit control activities as a key member of the composite onshore and offshore team and ensure timely and efficient operations according to the internal rules.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of the selected balance sheet items especially on insurance and reinsurance receivables and payables to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust control in place.
  • Ensure to comply with tax regulations to submit declarations on withholding taxes and operational taxes in a timely manner.
  • Support local Accounting manager and team members, and Accounting colleagues worldwide as a member of the Accounting Team to facilitate smooth operations within Accounting and with internal stakeholders, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement on data, reporting, and processes.
