The Job

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate effectively with Japanese alcohol suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and clear understanding of requirements.

Coordinate shipping logistics, including arranging transport and managing documentation for international shipments.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.

Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality alcohol products from Japan.

Provide support in resolving any shipping or supplier-related issues in a timely manner.

The Profile

Qualifications :

Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Prior experience in coordination and logistics a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette is a plus.
