Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo is opening in Nihonbashi Kabutocho, one of Tokyo’s most talked-about and evolving areas.

Expected Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager

Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure consistently excellent guest service is delivered.

Respond to guest and internal customer complaints or inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved thoroughly.

Proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare the annual business plan and budget for the Rooms Division.

Manage inventory of guestroom supplies, cleaning materials, printed items, stationery, linens, and related items.

Ensure appropriate welcome amenities and other guestroom amenities are provided as required.

Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address any maintenance needs in guest rooms.

Salary

Monthly salary : ¥500,000 – ¥608,000 (Annual income : ¥6,000,000 – ¥7,296,000)

Includes a 3-month probation period. Salary remains the same during this period.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on housekeeping experience

Computer skills (knowledge of OPERA is a plus)

Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

Conversational-level English ability
