現在、当社の多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただける治験実施施設管理担当者を募集しています。 ICONの施設管理担当者として、施設管理チームに運営上のサポートを提供し、治験の円滑な運営と革新的な治療法の進歩に貢献する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

職務内容

• 治験実施施設訪問のスケジュール設定、会議資料の準備、治験文書の保管など、治験実施施設の管理活動の調整を支援します。
• 施設管理計画の策定および維持管理を支援し、治験実施計画書および規制要件との整合性を保ちます。
• メール、電話、通信を含む治験実施施設関連の連絡を管理し、適時かつ正確に回答がなされるようにします。
• 治験実施施設への治験関連資料の配布と追跡を助け、治験のスケジュールと要件が遵守されるようにします。
• カレンダーの管理、経費報告、出張手配など、治験実施施設管理チームのメンバーに運営上のサポートを提供します。
