What you can look forward as Field Claims Analysis Engineer
- Perform initial confirmation of 0km / field claim, conduct investigation, Issue 8d report, promote and tracking PRP, report the final conclusion to customer
- Facilitate and support RCCA, confirm closure of issue and prevent recurrence
- Enter / Manage data of claim information to / with SAP
- Manage Warranty requirements from customers.
- Communicate with responsible OPU / suppliers
- Convert VOC in business processes
