Job description
Conduct on-site installations of complex equipment, ensuring flawless execution by adhering to strict testing procedures.
Perform regular maintenance visits to ensure efficient performance of systems.
Provide troubleshooting and repair support to customers and other field service engineers.
Build positive relationships with customers, system users, and colleagues.
Support NanoPort to successfully resolve issues and assist other field service engineers.
Build and submit detailed field service reports.
Offer training to customers and users on system maintenance.
Provide feedback to the product quality team to determine improvements.
Update and revise internal system documentation.
Identify and address specific system issues.
Participate in overseas training programs (3-6 months) to improve your skills.
Preferred Background and Experience
Recent graduates and those with up to 3 years of professional experience are welcome.
Keen interest in troubleshooting and repair, particularly with analytical and precision equipment.
Knowledge or interest in electron microscopes.
Proficiency in reading and writing in Japanese and English; curiosity is valued over conversational proficiency.
Background in science or engineering (electrical, electronic, physics) from a technical college, university, or graduate school.
Knowledge of PC and network systems is a plus.
