Responsibilities :
Customer data analysis / segmentation
- Analyse customer data (for pet health & farm animal) based on sales actual and potential (# of animals, etc) and propose segmentation to prioritize approach model by sales reps. Frequency of analysis is biannually or annually + ad hoc investigation depending on situation.
SFE KPI setting & tracking
Based on above customer segmentation, you will propose sales rep’s SFE KPI such as customer reach %, call frequency and % time in field target.Above SFE KPI need to be tracked for good execution and you will provide reporting & analysis and proposal periodically for improvementProviding solutions for effective reporting & promotional report / tool
We are using Veeva / Tableau platform for call note entry & reporting and you will purse for the best use of them and are encouraged to make new idea / solution proposals for more effective commercial operation modelWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :
3+ years business experience related to commercial data analysisBusiness experience in commercial project management / implementationBusiness English speaking / writing skillBachelor’s DegreeWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :
