What You'll Do :

Criteo Japan’s Performance Solutions Team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Account Strategist to support our growing Account Strategy team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop a career in account management and strategy.

As a Junior Account Strategist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Account Strategists in their day-to-day operations. From managing reporting tasks to assisting with campaign setup and monitoring, you’ll ensure that our clients receive seamless, high-quality service. Your efforts will help drive team efficiency, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to campaign success.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital advertising and campaign management, get exposure to top-tier brands and agencies and be part of supportive team environment that fosters learning and career development.

What You’ll Do :

Provide administrative support to Account Strategists, helping them manage day-to-day tasks and communications

Prepare and maintain regular performance reports, presentations, and business review materials

Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Track campaign performance, flagging issues or opportunities for improvements to senior team members

Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts and internal tools

Help coordinate client meetings and follow-up tasks to ensure action items are completed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Solutions, and Operations) to support smooth campaign execution

Who You Are :

A motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while keeping quality and timeliness high

Interested in digital advertising, client success, and campaign performance

Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable learning new tools and systems

Business-level Japanese required; conversational English is a plus
