The position

As a Controller at Novo Nordisk, you will : Budget planning for Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE)Finance partnering for divisions by assisting with budget planning, tracking, and decision making.Prepare analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews and reportsLead projects in Finance or participate as a key member in cross-divisional projectsAd-hoc analysis tasks and project management as needed QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above.At least 2 years of experience in business planning and / or controlling or other relevant strategic finance-related experience.CPA certificate strongly preferredStrong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across the organization and constructively challenge status quo.Fluent Japanese with strong business English proficiency required.
