Looking for a well-organized, technically skilled, and results-driven engineering leader to oversee several simultaneous software development initiatives. This position involves managing both client contract projects and internal product development, demanding solid knowledge of DevOps practices, backend development processes, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Description

• Manage multiple client projects with clear plans, progress tracking, and risk control.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle for both client and internal projects.
• Lead backend and infrastructure design to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines, version control, and automated infrastructure.
• Work with AI / ML teams to smoothly integrate models following DevOps best practices.
• Coordinate external contractors and maintain quality across remote teams.
• Communicate clearly with clients about timelines, scope, and key updates.
• Continuously improve development speed, code quality, and team workflows.
