Senior Marketing Manager

  • Responsibility for creation of the localized Digital Marketing strategy to drive customer engagement,

acquisition and retention. Utilizing DFS platforms and social media channels you will Identify, develop, and

proactively lead t effective digital communication strategies to grow DFS brand profile and drive sales in

line with company strategies and budgets.

  • Oversees Consumer Marketing strategies for Japan, execute the approved strategies including

    • consideration and appropriate initiatives in advertising, promotions, events, PR and graphic design for

    growing DFS brand and driving customer acquisition initiatives to support overall business goals. Includes

    Free Independent Traveller market, Customer Acquisition Tracking System, Brand DFS, website, etc.

  • Drive the DFS Circle loyalty program, ensure there is visibility and drive repeat customers through

    • clientelling and new experiences.

  • Drive new partners within travel trade to acquire new customers to DFS while maintaining strong

    Educational Requirements

    Degree holder major in Marketing， Business， Commerce and / or Hospitality

    Work Experience

    Minimum 8-10 years marketing experience at management level 優遇要件 Critical knowledge & skills

    including tools， software

  • Strong relationship and partnership strategies required with Japan local

    • business partners， as well as effective business development， travel， retail，

    media partners

  • Excellent communication skills in English， Native or Fluent in Japanese
