As a Product Manager specializing in RF and high-speed connector development, you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading projects that cater to the needs of a major technology client. You will leverage your expertise to drive product strategy, oversee development processes, and ensure alignment with customer requirements while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the new product development process for RF and high-speed connectors, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to translate customer requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for future development.
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, providing guidance and direction throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product development strategies.
  • Monitor product performance after launch, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advocate for customer needs and represent their voice in product development discussions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the electronics or connector industry.
  • Strong understanding of RF technology, high-speed signaling, and EMI shielding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to successful completion.

  • Experience working directly with major technology clients or in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in connector technology and the ability to anticipate market needs.
  • Previous experience in a cross-disciplinary team environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Technical background in electrical engineering or a related discipline, providing insights into design considerations .
