Your new role
- Before any document is finalised, confirmation is obtained and recorded from all required departments that they have reviewed and approved it.
- Gathers and consolidates remarks from both internal and client stakeholders, updating the draft accordingly for further assessment.
- Oversees the end-to-end process of preparing, finalising, and distributing reinsurance documentation that supports both client requirements andpany goals.
- Plays a key role in quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy, consistency, andpliance withpany standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Over 5 years experience of contract, legal or treaty managementJD, paralegal or other legal training is preferredSkilled in contract lifecycle management and legal documentation, with in-depth expertise in insurance law and reinsuranceplianceNative level Japanese, Business level EnglishWhat you'll get in return
