Your new role

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless access points, etc.)
  • Assist in device performance analysis, configuration, and documentation
  • Intermediate level includes remote support,plex service activities, and mentoring juniors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1-N2), strong technical aptitude, andmunication skills
  • 1-2 years (Associate) or 3-5 years (Intermediate) experience in network support or deployment
  • CCNA / CCNP certification and willingness to learn new skills
