On-site staff backup support

Backup on-site team when the staff takes Annual leave or unexpected day off or delay at the site.

Taking phone calls : Internal and External

Managing vendor’s visit (deliveries)

Handling mails

Managing pantries (replenishment)

Welcoming the client’s guests and visitors

Booking and arranging meeting rooms

Ordering replenishment : tea, coffee, and stationaries etc.

Escorting vendors

Setting / tiding up meeting rooms

Air conditioning management

Managing access cards

Event support

Handling use tickets

Catering arrangement

Lunch meeting arrangement and support

Vendor management

etc.
