POSITION SUMMARY :
This position will be a key driver of creative excellence, responsible for building and developing the brand equity and brand campaigns.
The Art Director will support Creative Director in high-level art direction and execution of marketing campaigns and programs, helping to move the needle towards disruptive brand-building executions.
Key responsibilities also include managing, planning, directing photo shoots and evolving the brand image, templates and processes.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Partners with the Creative Director to develop and build a strong brand core identity.
Supports in brand management and execution to ensure consistency across the brand through all channels (including social, retail, packaging, and product campaigns).
Ensures that the visual identity aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborates with the Creative Director to develop strategic marketing campaign concepts, including product-specific campaigns that highlight new launches and hero products.
Understands both marketing and creative needs to provide innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
Supports the integration of art direction and design across all channels, including (but not limited to) : social media, e-commerce, window animations, print collateral, newsletters, event materials, and product campaigns.
Works closely with Social, Digital, Packaging, and Visual Merchandising teams to develop a robust 360-degree client experience and streamline content creation.
Partners with Creative Operations to align on appropriate talent to ensure accurate execution of the creative vision, including (but not limited to) photography, retouching, illustration, and product campaign visuals.
Oversees and provides feedback to relevant outside agency partners to ensure cohesive execution across all platforms.
Leads the creative development of product campaigns, ensuring that each campaign effectively communicates the unique benefits and features of the products.
Collaborates with product development and marketing teams to create compelling visual narratives that drive consumer engagement and sales.
Represents the creative team in a variety of settings : large & small groups, direct reports, managers, top-management, formal presentations.
Communicates the creative vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
