The mission of Financial Business Supervisory Department is to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation in Rakuten Fintech Business, while overseeing and supporting risk management and compliance framework across Rakuten Fintech Group Company to ensure sustainable and stable operations.

Position Details

As a candidate for the position of Strategy Office in the Financial Business Unit, you will be responsible for the following tasks, as an example.

Development and implementation of the overall strategy for the financial business

• Rakuten's overall financial business strategy is formulated and implemented
• Evaluating and coordinating the business plans of individual companies
• Propose strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis
• Rakuten's financial business strategy is designed to maximize synergies within Rakuten
