• Providing information that is useful for strategic planning (understanding the market situation and monitoring changes)
• Collaborating with internal content partners to promote new product ideas and their implementation
• Analyzing performance and promoting improvements
• Formulating best practices and promoting their adoption
• Negotiating content acquisition
• Managing business partners and optimizing their performance
