Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ecommerce
In line with global strategy, working closely with line manager to develop yearly ecommerce strategy including execution and monitoring
In line with global online sales forecasts, plan and track regional online sales targets
Partner with HQ and local merchandising teams to ensure correct product assortment is represented online and timely replenishment is complete
Use retail and online insights to action and maintain local visual merchandising
In line with global trading calendar, plan and execute a regional trade calendar to support marketing activations, search trends and regional key moments
Manage editorial and product copy for website ensuring high quality and accuracy across the website
Bring innovative digital developments to on page functions
Lead and execute omni-channel projects
Collaborate with CRC team to drive online sales
Partner with retail to champion and deliver digital collaboration and drive sales
Lead reginal omni-channel projects
Support online wholesale to drive future growth of online channels
Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
Develop and maintain customer data management systems to improve the accuracy and relevance of customer information
Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
Manage the implementation of customer retention programs, including loyalty programs, referrals, and other initiatives
Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns and complaints
Develop and manage budgets for CRM initiatives and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Stay up to date with emerging trends in customer relationship management and make recommendations for new initiatives
Digital Marketing
Create and execute a local digital marketing strategy with the objective of creating brand fans, new and young customers.
Work closely with stakeholders to strike a balance between global branding and local messaging on digital platforms.
Assist the Retail team with their efforts to engage with clients through digital channels.
Work closely with HQ to support with SEO / SEM planning and analysis
Partner with HQ to develop customer journeys and newsletter schedule
Take an active role in partner companies’ online content management, such as department store websites and social network initiatives, etc.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in customer relationship & Ecom management or related field
Previous experience managing a team of professionals
Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation strategies
Preferably experience in the luxury retail.
Proficiency of PC skills (At minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Business level English, fluent Japanese
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client orientation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful CRM campaigns and initiatives.
