As a Migration Project Coordination Consultant , you will oversee and coordinate a document management system migration leveraging GenAI capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the successful transition from SharePoint to an optimized SharePoint-specific format within the iManage environment, as well as supporting the integration of Intapp Wall. The role involves stakeholder coordination, planning, and execution tracking in a hybrid tech and process-driven environment.
Your missions
Coordinate and support the migration project from SharePoint to SharePoint-specific format using iManage
Support the integration of the third-party tool Intapp Wall , working closely with technical and business teams
Contribute to access control configuration and help define administrative utilities in environments lacking direct interfaces
Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with the completion timeline (by March 2025)
Assist in planning and execution of access control mechanisms and related infrastructure components
Facilitate communications between internal teams and vendors, ensuring project milestones are met
Maintain documentation and support Time & Materials (T&M) contract processes and reporting
Actively identify project risks and coordinate resolution strategies with stakeholders
Support GenAI-powered initiatives aimed at improving document management efficiency
Your profile
Academic background : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience coordinating document migration projects and third-party system integrations
Knowledge of SharePoint environments and familiarity with iManage and Intapp Wall is a plus
Strong understanding of access control frameworks and configuration practices
Comfortable working in planning and delivery phases with cross-functional technical and business teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations
Proficiency in English; Japanese is a plus depending on project region
