Background to recruitment :

The pharmaceutical technology division aims to create business innovation and innovation in new drug formulation, process development, and production functions through digital technology. This time, we are looking for a chemical engineer to strengthen our staff structures.

Description of work :

Solving problems in process development and production through chemical engineering analysis.

Research, development, evaluation, and introduction of advanced technologies related to chemical engineering.

Development and education of human resources related to specialized field, and promotion of dissemination and collaboration.

Position Features：

You can demonstrate your ability to solve problems in a wide range of fields, including APIs, formulations, chemicals, and biotechnology.

You will be able to interact with scientists and engineers in Chugai / Roche group. 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験：

Aspen、gPROMS、Dynochem等）を使用した研究開発・生産技術

Fluent、Starccm+等）を使用した研究開発・生産技術

Required qualifications :

Experience in process development through knowledge and skills in chemical engineering.

Preferred Qualifications：

Experience in scale-up, optimization and troubleshooting of process.

Experience in R&D and production engineering using process simulation software such as AspenOne, gPROMS and Dynochem

Experience in R&D and production engineering using CFD software such as fluent and STAR-CCM+.

Python、MATLAB、R等のプログラミングスキル

Preferred skills :

Knowledge of chemical engineering engineering.

Programming skills in such as R, Python, MATLAB.

Modeling and Simulation skills

As a modeling and simulation engineer in new drug formulation, manufacturing process development, and production, you will solve operational problems and lead technology development.

To lead the industry in the area of expertise and improve the technology presence in Japan and overseas.

TOEIC730以上、または同等の英語力

Desired Qualification :

Equivalent to TOEIC score of >
