Are you a university student or fresh graduate interested in business, startups, and investments? Join our team as a Partnerships & Market Research Intern, where you will gain practical business experience and work closely with experienced professionals to learn how companies grow and secure partnerships.

Unlike a typical desk job, you’ll be out in the field, meeting business owners, attending industry events, and supporting real-world deal-making. This role offers hands-on learning in an international, yet locally grounded business environment.

What You’ll Do :

Shadow and assist a senior team member in meetings and business events
Translate and summarize key discussions between Japanese and English
Take detailed meeting notes and help prepare presentations
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
Support in analyzing companies and preparing reports
Travel within Japan for meetings with business partners and industry events

Ideal Profile

Who We’re Looking For :

University student or fresh graduate (all majors welcome)

Fluent in Japanese, with basic English skills (for internal communication)

Curious about business and eager to gain hands-on experience

Detail-oriented and good at note-taking and summarizing discussions

Comfortable with domestic travel for meetings and events

Location : Hybrid (Kyoto / Osaka) with domestic travel

Internship Duration : 3-6 months (flexible schedule)
