- Perform initial confirmation of 0km claim, issue QR6S, promote and tracking QR6S
- Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
- Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence
- Sharing and enforcing best practice (PRP)
- Enter and manage data of 0km claim to / with SAP
- Obtain customer approval as for prototype. production parts, change control, deviation, etc. which is specified by "SQM"
- Communicate with responsible OPU and suppliers
- Convert "Voice of Customer" in business processes

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldMore than 5 years of working experience in Quality Management fieldDirect contact to customersBasic knowledge of IATF Quality Management System is preferredGood command of English and Japanese (Oral and Written)Technical and process knowledge of Mechanical and ElectronicsWhy you should choose ZF :
