Job descriptionConduct quality assurance assessments for OEM / ODM suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and performance requirements. Manage quality control processes related to the manufacturing of complete products, with a focus on welding quality, electrical control accuracy, and machine performance longevity. Perform regular audits of supplier production facilities to evaluate quality systems and processes. Analyze product quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement in supplier performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality assurance process.
Educational background : Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience :
- Familiarity with the requirements of residential and light commercial buildings, including villas and office equipment setups.
- Experience with suppliers such as Hisense, Midea, and Bosch is highly desirable.
- Expertise in welding quality and precision in manufacturing equipment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Language : Fluent in Japanese and English
