Join Klook Japan’s Business Development team and become a key player in expanding our travel ecosystem! From crafting strategic insights to collaborating with top-tier merchants, you’ll drive real impact while sharpening your analytical and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do :

Support account management by addressing inquiries and resolving issues from Klook merchants
Assist in business communications by preparing materials for meetings and campaigns
Analyze business data to extract insights and provide strategic recommendations for merchant growth
Conduct quality assessments to ensure the consistency and performance of Klook products

What you will need :

Excellent command of both English and Japanese, in both verbal and written communication.

Basic analytical skills and proficiency in managing large datasets using Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset.

A proactive learner with a flexible approach and strong sense of responsibility, ready to contribute positively in a dynamic team environment.
