Operation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure environments for foreign client companies (network / server / cloud, etc.) User support (on-site and remote) Collaboration with overseas IT teams and escalation support (communication in English) Project support for new installations, relocations, and configuration changes.The Profile
Experience in the design / build / operation of IT infrastructure (network, server, etc.) in any of these areas (no specific number of years required).Strong in customer negotiation and multitasking.Business-level Japanese language skills (required) and no resistance to reading, writing, and conversation in English (preferred).A responsible individual who can proactively engage in work.Preferred Qualifications :
