We are hiring for candidates who can join us by September 2027

How you will create an impact :

  • Solve client business challenges across a variety of clients, products, and project types, while developing industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Your contribution to project delivery :

    • Project Support : Collaborate closely with project teams to support various client engagements, including primary and secondary research, data analysis, developing actionable recommendations, and presentation preparation

    Client Interaction : Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations as appropriate

  • Your contribution to other aspects of business : May contribute to various other company related matters such as business development, marketing, ESG, DE&I initiatives or office events

    • Your Profile：

  • Has obtained or is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university / college with above average academic performance. A degree in the following fields is preferred : business, economics, medical, science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Speaks fluent Japanese and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as an inclusive, empathetic team member
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear interest in the life sciences industry
