Shangri-La Tokyo is currently seeking an open-minded, professional, and service-oriented  Spa Receptionist to join our team at CHI, The Spa . This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a flexible mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations at the spa reception, including handling guest reservations and responding to inquiries.

Provide personalized spa treatment recommendations based on guest needs and preferences.

Ensure all guests receive service of the highest standard, aligned with Shangri-Las brand values.

Qualifications :

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to explain massage, facial, or other spa treatments clearly to guests

Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to handle phone calls and provide guest service in both languages

Experience with Opera (PMS) is an advantage

Prior experience as a spa receptionist is preferred

Only candidates who hold a valid work visa for Japan will be considered.
