Operations using the service system ServiceMax : New customer registration, customer information update, user machine registration, new maintenance contract registration, doctor registration for unapproved machine purchases, etc.
Work using ERP Oracle : Sales Order Booking for Spare Parts, Work Order Booking for East Japan sales, customer registration (user's new branch hospital, relationship registration with agents), etc.
Invoice-related work (confirmation of invoice content, printing of invoice / storage in PDF format.
Created a list of consumables shipped within the maintenance contract of the affiliated clinic of the customer, and reported it to the agent of the customer by FAX.
Irregular) Address printing when sending DM
Irregular) Creation of administrative work manuals
In addition, assistance work for service engineers
