  • Drive organizational development as a strategic HR business partner to all departments, contributing to business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to identify organizational issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Lead the design of organizational structures and optimization of talent placement aligned with business strategies.
  • Support the enhancement of organizational capabilities to achieve mid- to long-term business goals, including leadership development and team building initiatives.
  • Promote the implementation and application of HR systems and talent development programs across departments.
  • Lead organizational restructuring initiatives in response to business model changes, applying principles of change management.
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to management, aligning HR initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Lead the development of globally competitive talent and organizational capabilities, in alignment with headquarters and market dynamics.
  • More than 10 years of HR related job experience in the middle sized company (more than 100 employees), and a University Degree.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strategic and logical way of thinking.
  • Logical approach with research data, and yet belief in his / her own judgment / intuition.
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skill.
  • Be able to become "Change Agent".
  • Team oriented, friendly manner, logical and cheerful.
  • Business level English capability (both written and verbal).
  • Focus mind and actions on priority issues.
