Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Japan transaction banking sales strategy in alignment with global business goals
- Drive revenue growth across cash management, trade finance, FX, escrow, and liquidity products
- Lead sales KPIs including mandate wins, cross-sell, wallet share, and retention
- Provide strategic coverage to top-tier Japanese and international corporates
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Operations teams to align delivery with client needs
- Manage sales P&L and support cost-efficiency initiatives
- Ensure strong in partnership with Risk andpliance
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 15 years in transaction banking, with a strong background in both sales and client relationship managementDemonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business growth in JapanExpertise in cash management, trade, liquidity, and FX solutionsSoft Skills :
Proven leadership and strategic planning abilitiesAbility to operate effectively in cross-border, matrixed environmentsStrong stakeholder management and collaborative mindsetLanguage Requirements
