Contribute to all commercial activities in such : order taking, merchandising, customer service, training of internal staff and external brand ambassadors at POS.
Act as a point of contact for boutiques.
Support the Brand Manager in driving business activities.
OPERATIONS
Collaborate with HQ on VM and POS materials and handle required logistics across all channels.
Handle merchandising and logistics for travelling collections together with HQ.
Support in the handling of customer events, trunk shows and PR events from an administrative and logistical perspective.
OFFICE ORGANIZATION
Support in the business integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system, act as SAP key user.
Support the Brand Manager in the planning of all business-related matters where needed.
