Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver top talent.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Japan People Director and business leaders.
- Optimize sourcing channels, recruitment processes, and quality standards to meet hiring needs.
- Oversee TA operations including agency relationships, referrals, andpliance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for end-to-end and executive hiring.
- Guide and train hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Analyze hiring metrics and lead TA projects that support business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :
Proven success in recruitment leadership roles within fast-paced, globalpanies.Strong track record managing stakeholder relationships and coaching TA teams.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in HRIS / ATS systems and talent process improvements.Deep knowledge of HR concepts and staffing operations.Soft Skills :
Excellentmunication and presentation skills.Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and leadership presence.Language Requirements
