IT Workplace Manager - Global Scope
We are looking for an experienced IT Workplace Manager to set up and run a global service desk for a top company in the retail and FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage a global service desk using ITIL principles to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Oversee identity and asset management, including user accounts and lifecycle management of PCs and mobile devices.
- Develop strategies for Microsoft 365 products like EntraID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Use ITSM tools to handle and improve incident and service request processes.
- Start with domestic operations, expanding to international locations later.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and management.Leadership experience in IT with a focus on system operations.Skilled in information and cybersecurity management.Strong understanding of ITIL and project management basics.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Experience in global IT infrastructure operations.Involvement in ERP or similar application development projects.Business-level proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
