Responsibilities

  • Identify and address key knowledge gaps about consumers, shoppers, and market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis and manage research projects to support business goals.
  • Develop insights to inform brand and portfolio strategies that align with consumer and market needs.
  • Play a key role in shaping country strategy and long-term projects.
  • Lead the annual planning process, including strategy sessions andmercial workshops.
  • Oversee shopper knowledge initiatives and manage category management projects with key accounts.
  • Contribute to regional insights projects, boosting team skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of insights and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
  • Mentor and support the Insights Analyst in advancing the insights agenda.
  • Build strong partnerships with local research agencies for effective and accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to integrate insights into pricing strategies and revenue growth plans.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer insights within the FMCG sector.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty, deliver data-driven insights, and execute tailored projects.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with global stakeholders.
  • Excellentmunication skills, capable of turning insights into effective business rmendations.
  • Experience managing external agency partners and strong in project management.
  • Skilled in various market research methods and data analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and projectpletion.
  • Advocate for business and brand growth with a teamwork mindset.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Values humility and has a good sense of humor.
