Responsibilities
Identify and address key knowledge gaps about consumers, shoppers, and market trends.
Conduct market analysis and manage research projects to support business goals.
Develop insights to inform brand and portfolio strategies that align with consumer and market needs.
Play a key role in shaping country strategy and long-term projects.
Lead the annual planning process, including strategy sessions andmercial workshops.
Oversee shopper knowledge initiatives and manage category management projects with key accounts.
Contribute to regional insights projects, boosting team skills and knowledge.
Promote a culture of insights and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
Mentor and support the Insights Analyst in advancing the insights agenda.
Build strong partnerships with local research agencies for effective and accurate service delivery.
Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to integrate insights into pricing strategies and revenue growth plans.
Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer insights within the FMCG sector.
Ability to manage uncertainty, deliver data-driven insights, and execute tailored projects.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with global stakeholders.
Excellentmunication skills, capable of turning insights into effective business rmendations.
Experience managing external agency partners and strong in project management.
Skilled in various market research methods and data analysis.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and projectpletion.
Advocate for business and brand growth with a teamwork mindset.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize.
Values humility and has a good sense of humor.
