• GxP要件、薬局方、ISPE BaselineGuide等の関連ガイドラインおよび社内関連ガイドライン / スタンダード / SOPついて、十分に理解し、習得する。
• SOPの要件を満たすことを保証する。
• SharePoint、Kneat、Veeva Vault等）を利用して、コミッショニング / クオリフィケーション / バリデーションに関する文書の管理を行う。
• GxP（特にGMP）規制環境における基本的な知識を有すること。医薬品製造に関連するエンジニアリング部門、製造部門、テクニカルサービス部門の実務経験はプラスとなる。
• EHS部門のSMEと密に連携が行えること。
• 5年以上の医薬品製造や医療機器に関するプロセス、施設、システム、設備 / 機器に関する設計 / 導入経験や適切な関連知識を有すること。無菌医薬品 / バイオ医薬品製造に関する経験や知識があることが望ましい。
• 3年以上のコミッショニング / クオリフィケーション / バリデーションの経験を有することが望ましい。
• 5%程度要求されることがある。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary :

Allowances : Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

Salary Increase : Annually, Bonus Payment : Twice a year

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

Paid Leaves : Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
