How you create impact

Support IT department with daily operation such as user IT support and regular IT activity. This role will also be part of proceeding IT task and project along with global teams which will require IT technical background.

What we would like you to bring

• More than 5 years of experience working in IT department.
• Experience being a part of IT projects (e.g. PC / iOS device replacement, infrastructure refinement, IT environment construction).
• Experience in IT user support (e.g. troubleshooting PC / iOS).
• Server management knowledge (VMware is a plus).
• AD / GPO / DHCP / DNS / Exchange knowledge.
• Experience in cloud services (e.g. M365, AWS)
• Experience and knowledge of Network (FW / proxy / routing / VLAN / AP / VPN).
• Able to visit warehouses for IT activities.
• Able to understand the core of the issue.
• Good communication with user and team member.
• Eager to learn new things and technology.
• Result oriented mind.
• Japanese fluent, English business level.
