Department Overview

Our IT Planning Department (ITPD)'s mission is to "Contribute to Businesses by IT Finance" and is responsible for the management accounting of development cost (Tech cost), which includes budgeting, forecasting, various analyses, and reporting.

This position will manage global project planning and execution of financial processing with international teams.

Position : Position Details

This position will be assigned to the group responsible for global projects.

Main responsibilities would be as follows

1. Manage inventory of hardware (PCs, servers, network devices, etc.) and software :

  • Oversee the processes of purchasing, leasing, and disposal
  • Manage the lifecycle of assets

2. Database Maintenance :

  • Update and maintain the IT asset management system database
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of asset information

    • 3. Audit Compliance :

  • Resolve issues related to IT assets
  • Provide user support and training

    • 4. Troubleshooting :

  • Resolve issues related to IT assets
  • Provide user support and training

    • Mandatory Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 3 years of practical experience in IT asset management or a related field accounting
  • Fluent level of Japanese and English
  • Experience using IT asset management systems
  • Basic knowledge of networks and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Certifications : ITIL, CITAM (Certified IT Asset Manager), or other relevant certifications are a plus
