Your Key Responsibilities

This position was created to manage for target products all scope from technical point of view.

The key responsibilities are;

  • success of TMM (Thermal Management Module ) business with JOEM
  • product development of TMM project with JOEM
  • build up of JOEM business strategy on TMM products

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent technical knowledge about related target products, Especially refrigerants and thermodynamics in Automotive products
  • Experience of development of thermal management system, module and components at Automotive OEM or suppliers
  • Master in Mechanical Engineering or comparable degree.
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese language.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with international customers in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in leading complex projects and working with global teams.
  • Experience in the development of products / systems in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in leading employees, business fluent English skills.
  • Strong communication skill with customer & HQ to get buy-in from supporters

    • The position of Senior Manager Business Unit Fuel Cell has been created with the purpose to represent the Fuel Cell Product Goup on the Japanese and Korean Market.

    Main target is the acquisition and series launch support of new projects in the field of fuel cell applications, e.g. bipolar plates, fuel Cell Stacks and fuel cell systems for both automotive and industrial applications.

    The main responsibilities are to collect and understand the domestic customer and market development trends and requirements, drive the development of suppliers and partners for key technologies and provide technical support to the domestic customers, potential suppliers or development partners.

    In addition he is responsible for giving the necessary technical support to the extended team members in the region Asia Pacific (cross divisional, cross functional).
