Job Description
You will be responsible for work related to our healthcare service, specifically the personal health record (PHR) management app, which serves as a “hub” connecting individuals’ health data with companies, pharmacies, and medical checkup institutions.
You will primarily handle the following tasks related to our online medical checkup result explanation service.
Responsibilities
In our online health support business, you will mainly be responsible for :
Conducting online consultations based on health checkup results (using Zoom, etc.)Explaining checkup results, evaluating health risks, and providing lifestyle improvement adviceProviding specific health guidance (depending on your preferences and suitability)Recommending secondary examinations and coordinating with online medical servicesCollecting user surveys and performing simple data organizationProviding feedback for program improvementParticipating in internal meetings for service planning and improvement (optional)Note : The role is primarily remote and online-based, but occasional office visits or event participation may be required (rare).

Must-Have Skills
Certified public health nurse licenseExperience in at least one of : explaining health checkup results, health guidance, or occupational healthBasic PC skills (Zoom, Excel, email, etc.)Foreign language ability sufficient to explain health checkup results to non-Japanese users
