You'll lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Key's expansion in Japan, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, business innovation, and customer experience. This role offers the exceptional opportunity to :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Business level written and verbal Japanese (Ability to negotiate business partnerships with Japanese corporations) and Business level written and verbal English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Experience in setting up new businesses on their own : defining project objectives, status and performance metrics and communicating with key stakeholders
