How will you make an impact in this role?

This role is to work for 70% Lead 4 markets (UK, Canada, Mexico & Australia), 30% Japan.

  • Analysing the downstream results of the training deployed by all Field Enablement colleagues not only Japan.
  • Managing Training PRSA's, including tracking all ICS new sales colleagues have completed mandatory sales training before customer interactions
  • Reporting on the adoption of Field Capabilities
  • Supporting the deployment of Guided Selling in Japan.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Frequent English & Japanese
  • Experience of Data Analysis over 3 years

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of Sales.force over 3 years as administrative role
  • Other internal system capabilities experience
