About this Position
Direct field sales as an expert for Paper and Flexible packaging market in Japan.
What you´ll do
- Executes local sales plans in line with SBU strategy to maintain, develop existing customers and acquire new customers
- Executes customer roadmap, manages and closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities
- Executes pricing actions
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinates with Application Engineering to conduct line trials and (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined account
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in related field is requiredMinimum of seven (7) years' work experience in Sales of chemical and / or related industry is preferredHigh communication skills in Japanese and conversation level of EnglishExcellent knowledge in MS Office is preferredSome perks of joining Henkel
