Description
This role fills a need to manage the flow of returned product into, through and out of a new service century in Japan. The role requires that returned product be received and checked into a tracking system. Product will require functional testing to confirm customer complaints. Testing results will be recorded and maintained within databases systems. The role will require coordination and report out to support engineering teams in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. Is expected that this person in this position will be able to conduct the functional testing and report out on results. The person in this role will be required to collaborate with 3rd party operators who will be responsible for maintaining test equipment and performing many of the tests.

Required Certifications and Training
- Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.LEVEL DESCRIPTION
