How you’ll make an impac t

You will be responsible for assisting in talent acquisition, send scout email to potential candidates through job boards, data collection and analysis for talent mapping, etc.
You will be responsible for file management and Office support, support employer branding events, other documentations, Etc.
You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor and tutor

Your background

You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, study in Japan is a must.

Proficiency in both Japanese and English language is required.

Interest in the HR field (especially in talent acquisition or recruitment) is required.

HR Intern experience is nice to have.

Can work and commute to Osaki (Tokyo) office 2 days / week.

Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and quick learner.

This intership will be a paid internship.
